I'd like to agree with this starment. I think if you look at the bigger picture you can say that every fact and every truth is just what human beings analyze them as. For example you could say it's a fact that it is 12:30, but if you look at the bigger picture, humans created the concept of tracking time. If you say it is a fact your parents love you, that could be a fact to you,  but maybe other people have a different opinion about what love is. If you "see" the dress as white and gold when in actuallity it is blue and black, than that is a perspective and not a truth.
